Return & Refund Policy

At CF Nepal, we want every customer to be happy with their purchase. All our products are 100% genuine Carbamide Forte supplements, imported directly from the manufacturer. Because we sell health and nutrition products, we follow strict quality and hygiene standards for all returns.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns only in the following cases:

  • You received the wrong product.
  • The product arrived damaged or leaking.
  • The product is expired or close to expiry.

To qualify for a return:

  • Contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.
  • The product must be unused, sealed, and in its original packaging.
  • A valid receipt or order ID is required.

2. Items Not Eligible for Return

  • Opened or used supplements
  • Products damaged after delivery
  • Returns requested after 3 days of delivery
  • “Change of mind” or personal preference

These restrictions are in place to protect product safety and quality for all customers.

3. Return Process

If your order meets the return conditions, please follow these steps:

  • Contact us at info@cfnepal.com or through our website form.
  • Provide your order ID, reason for return, and photos (if applicable).
  • Our team will confirm eligibility and share pickup or return instructions.
  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll notify you about your refund approval or rejection.

4. Refunds

  • Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.
  • Refunds are issued to the same payment method used for the order (eSewa, Khalti, or bank transfer).
  • Delivery charges and transaction fees are non-refundable unless the issue was our fault.

5. Exchange Policy

We currently do not offer product exchanges. If you received an incorrect or damaged item, it will be replaced with a new one after the return is verified.
